Koffret

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-03

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Koffret, macOS software provided by LIFESCAPE Co.,Ltd. By downloading or using the software you agree to them.

2. Licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you the right to use the software. The licence is granted to the purchaser and covers up to three Macs at the same time.

A one-time licence covers the major version line you bought (1.x, for example) with no time limit. It does not extend to a new major version. When one ships, we offer an upgrade at a reduced price.

We retain copyright and all other rights in the software. These terms transfer none of them to you.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software, nor redistribute, lend or resell it. Licence keys may not be disclosed or transferred to anyone else.

4. Trial

Every feature is available for fourteen days before purchase. To keep using the software after that, buy a licence.

5. Refunds

Because the software is a digital product, we do not, as a rule, refund payments already made. Please use the fourteen-day trial before buying.

If the software does not work because of a fault on our side, we will deal with it individually. Please contact us through the form.

6. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the software fits any particular purpose or that it is free of defects. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Where we are liable, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the software.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we publish the new text on this page and update the date shown.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over any dispute concerning the software.
